Forinternational departures from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport the PSC is Rp150,000. Infants under 2yo should not be charged. With the Garuda tickets the PJP2U (Passenger Service Charge/PSC) should be included, but from the outset there have been issues with the PSC being included in international tickets, so you will need to check the ticket issued to you.
